Raise the driving age

For the my sanity will the driving age be increased. I am fed up of being woken up in the early hours by a Peugeot 106 with a backed bean tin on their exhaust. It is a fucking PEUGEOT, it is not supposed to wake anyone up, why the fuck do they insist on putting shitty exhausts on their cars.???
Although the exhaust is annoying especially when you are trying to sleep, why do these twats insist on putting Lexus style lights on their shitty £300 cars? Lexus’ are shite in their own right so why would you want to put lights from a Lexus on your Vauxhall Astra completely eludes me.
But we all know it doesn’t stop with the exhaust and the Lexus lights. They put stupidly big spoilers on and body kits. Is this what our education teaches kids? If you put a bigger spoiler on your car people will look at you and give you attention. If so, they are not getting the right sort of attention. How often have you seen one of these cunts drive past in their 1990 VW Golf and you haven’t wanted to shoot them with a rocket launcher?
If the answer was never then you are either a cunt, blind and death or you didn’t read the question properly.
So how do we stop these twats? Well it is my assumption that the majority of the people that “tune” their cars are either drug dealers/abusers or kids just out of school. So we should raise the driving age to 20.
By raising the driving age to 20 they won’t be able to ruin any cars and the ones that are over 20 will have been put in to rehab by then.
