Firefox 3.5 released – No sign of Yslow or Google Gears

Firefox 3.5 is now available for download and a highly used addon by most developers hasn’t been updated.
Yslow has yet to be updated, neither has CSSViewer. The Web Developer Toolbar and Firebug are both up to date though.
Google Gears is also not available yet, but Google has released another addon for Firefox called Page [...]

While enabling Google Gears from within the newly released Google Chrome, I noticed something odd about the wording.
In Firefox and IE, you get the same text:

CSSViewer updated for Firefox 3 RC3

CSS Viewer has been updated to work on Firefox 3 which is a welcome relief being probably my second most used development tool behind the web developer toolbar.

As you can see from the screenshot, it isn’t perfect with text out of the box and not aligned in certain places, but still a very helpful tool [...]

[FIX] The image anyimage.jpg cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.

I suddenly started getting the following error when ever I tried to view an image by itself within Firefox 2.0.14.
The image “http://www.example.com/button_bg.png” cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.
I didn’t know what had caused this as I hadn’t installed any extensions knowingly. This happens for all image files, not just jpg.
