Colour Correction
This tutorial with guide you through how to edit a photograph, to make the colours more vibrant.:
| 1. | Open your original image in Photoshop |
| 2. | Select the Background and right click it, from the menu select duplicate. Or alternatively press Ctrl + J while the Background layer is selected |
| 3. | With the duplicated layer selected go to Layer then select Layer Mask then Reveal All |
| 4. | Without selecting anything else click Image, then Apply Image |

Use these settings: Layer: Merged |
| 6. |
Then Press OK |
| 7. |
Now press Ctrl + J again to duplicate this layer with the mask |
| 8. |
So now you have 3 layers. Layer 1 copy |
| 9. |
Select Layer 1 copy, then set the blending mode to Screen |
| 10. |
Select Layer 1, then set the blending mode to Multiply |

Then click the Background layer and go to Image, Adjustments, Shadow/Highlight |

Set Shadows to 20% and highlights to 100% |

You can change these settings to match your needs. Change the shadows amount and highlight amout. You can also play around with opacity of the 2 layers |
