2008 Nissan GT-R

(from Nissan Press Release)  Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., today announced the launch of the Nissan GT-R, a new multi-dimensional performance machine that lives up to the concept of "an ultimate supercar for anyone, anywhere, at anytime". The Nissan GT-R features a newly developed Premium Midship package, including the world's first independent transaxle 4WD developed independently by Nissan. The Nissan GT-R will be available in Japan mainly through Nissan High Performance Centers nationwide from December 6th.

I can't believe these words have ever come out of my mouth but "I like this Nissan".  The previous Skyline that the GT-R is set to replace was not one of my favourite cars in it's looks but did the job it was meant to.  The main thing that strikes me about the GT-R is the nice interior.  Not the sort of thing you expect from a Nissan.

I would place it in the top 10 interiors of cars that aren't luxury cars.  To come even close to Aston Martin's interiors you would have to pay a lot of money and that isn't what the Nissan is about.

As well as the interior the exterior is very pleasing to look at too.

I like the stealthy sort of looks with the blunt edges but still shows off a nice profile. The rims are very nice indeed, and I am sure the noise from the exhaust will be very nice indeed from the 3.8 liter V6 with twin turbo's pumping out 473BHP.
